Walk Description:

Join us for an Open Discovery Session in Abbots Bromley. An opportunity to explore around the outskirts of the village to learn more about what we do at WALX. We welcome any current members to join us to discuss their experiences with anyone wishing to try Total Body Walking.

The walk will cover approximately 3 miles.

We offer a chance to catch up and chat with friends or if you prefer to enjoy being outdoors but want some time to yourself, then relax and let us worry about the route.

Our WALX Guides are professional, qualified and passionate about making your WALX unforgettable!

Remember: Monthly membership gives you unlimited WALX for only £23.00 per month

It is essential to register and book in advance online.

Safety measures.

Our online health questionnaire (PARQ) asks you to update your current health status. If you feel unwell between booking your class and joining us, please err on the side of caution and cancel your booking. You will be directed to book another date, or a refund can be issued.

You are asked to contact your Instructor by phone, leaving a voicemail or sending an SMS to the number below, if you are likely to be delayed, as we do start WALX promptly.

Whilst we do understand that sometimes it is not possible to make a WALX, please make every effort to advise the WALX Guide. 

We undertake to deliver all WALX with qualified staff and have made every effort to risk assess all routes. On occasion, it is necessary to make dynamic risk assessment decisions when there is a localised incident, such as fallen trees on the route, flooding, or traffic changes.

Please ensure you have completed the online health questionnaire (PARQ) and notify us in writing if you have any changes to your medical records or physical or mental well-being. This should include any surgery, falls, knocks or accidents. Thank you.

Location Notes:

The sportground is located on the main road (B5014) on the outskirts of Abbots Bromley heading towards to Armitage. Please park on the main car park.
