Walk Description:

Introduction session to "total body walking" techniques using poles. The session will focus on improving posture, balance and strength, while showcasing how to use poles for fitness, walking and rehabilitation.

Location Notes:

Mon - Sun £2.00 for 2 hours, 8am - 8pm. Various payment options available (card, cash, contactless, phone). 2hrs free parking available in St Michael's Square, but limited places, 8am - 6pm. Maximum stay 4 hrs. County Bridge and The Blue Teapot cafe's available. Local bus service 592 from Halifax and Hebden Bridge.
