 .   Ready to walk stronger, feel fitter, and get more from every step?

Our Power of the Poles session is the perfect way to learn how to use poles for a full-body workout – turning an ordinary walk into something far more effective.

Whether you’re brand new or looking to improve your technique, this session will help you:  Engage your upper body   Improve posture and walking efficiency  Build strength  Boost your fitness while enjoying the outdoors No experience needed – just come along and give it a go! Poles can be provided. Friendly group Supportive coaching Beautiful setting in Castle Park Come and feel the difference… once you’ve tried it, you won’t walk the same again! 

Please bring a drink, your mobile phone any medications you may need in a small rucksack. 

Clothing should be appropriate for weather conditions with gloves, warm hats in colder conditions, sun hats, sunscreen, insect repellent in hot conditions. Footwear should have a flexible sole if possible

 

 

Location Notes:

Meet in main car park accessed from main gates off A56. (Not the Art centre car park which is where a sat nav will direct you). So don't turn up Fountains Lane or Park lane. See map. If you are travelling from Frodsham in the direction of Helsby or Chester, the entrance will be on the left hand side just beyond the railway bridge. If travelling in the direction of Runcorn from Chester the entrance will be on the right just before the railway bridge. The nearest postcode is WA6 7AX. If carpark full, park in Netherton Drive WA6 6D. Park by the top field and walk down to carpark.
