Walk Description:

  Non Stop Romp 

This session is  for those who at looking for something different and  and opportunity to improve  your stamina and endurance.

It will be a non stop 60min  walk, aiming to do 10/11 min/km.

Average walking pace is 12/14 min/km. 

This is a moderate/ high moderate level, at a higher intensity compared to the regular walks. 

We will be focusing on improving the way you walk to maintain the intensity to improve your stamina and endurance  . We will be doing loops, laps and drills in some of your favourite locations. This is  popular WALX session  Leamington and Warwick have scheduled for the summer
