Come and celebrate 16 years of Nordic walking in Epping Forest! The first class took place on Monday 25th May 2010 (a bank holiday) and has been going strong ever since, helping thousands of people to reap all the wonderful health and fitness benefits that Nordic walking offers. Not only will we be celebrating this wonderful milestone but also all the friendships that have been made along the way and the incredible support it has been for a lot of people in so many ways!

This charity walk is in aid of Blood Cancer UK, a charity close to our hearts, to which all proceeds from prepaid and pay as you go payments will be going. A donation of £3 will also be made for every monthly member who books on.

Please do invite friends and family along as they don't need to walk with poles. They just need to turn up; no booking required. All that we ask is that they donate the cost of the walk (£8.75) on the day.

If you would like to join us after the walk for a celebratory drink then we will be heading up to Butler's Retreat. It would be lovely to see you there!

Meet in the Car Park. Car parking charge is £2.70 for 2 hours via Ringo. The car park location number is 36106 (Bury Road car park)
