Walk Description:

The walk starts out from the Woodlands Trust car park off the Ripley Road out of Knaresborough. It descends to the River Nidd and follows it before ascending into Old Bilton. Then folllowing Bilton Lane, the walk descends again to the river, crosses it, and then back up to the car park.

Location Notes:

From Knaresborough travel on the B6165, signposted Ripley, for about 1.5 miles. The Woodland Trust car park is set back from the road, on the left.
