Walk Description:

A classic Nordic WALX to raise your heart rate and enjoy being outdoors on a Sunday. This is a moderate intensity Nordic walk... suitable for most fitness levels, but not a stroll in the park!

The walk will be 1 hour and there will then be an opportunity to purchase tea and cakes at the St Mary Magdalene Church Cafe.

This walk is on mixed terrain and makes the most of our beautiful countryside. It's a wonderful way to enjoy being outdoors on a Sunday.
