10km event starts at 9am (10km route is a double lap of the 5km route) £17.49. "Looking for more of a challenge without any pressure? Race for Life 10k is for you!Our 10k events are now chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best – while you’re raising funds to help beat cancer.10k is just over 6 miles. Take it at your own pace or push yourself a little more. Have fun with it and enjoy the atmosphere".
5km event starts at 11am, £15.99. "The 5km is an achievable distance and a good first challenge for most people. At just over 3 miles it can take about an hour to walk on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Go at your own pace to help fund life-saving cancer research".
When booking, you will be asked to create your own JUST GIVING page for this event, I have set up a Just Giving Group page "MILTON KEYNES NORDIC WALKERS", which you can link your individual ones too. This will hopefully help us all reach our targets!
