More Than Just a Walk At Walx Leighton Buzzard, we believe this is more than just exercise—it’s a sociable fitness experience that supports both body and mind:  Wellbeing walking for mental health and stress reduction Total body walking using Nordic poles for full-body fitness Weight loss support through consistent, enjoyable movement Building friendships and genuine social connection Group fitness with a welcoming, inclusive community Camaraderie, encouragement, and shared achievement You won’t just attend a walk… You’ll become part of a friendly, supportive fitness walking community   The Social Finish We finish back at the Three Locks public house, where many walkers stay for a well-earned drink, coffee, or bite to eat—extending the social, friendship, and community side of the experience.
