Walk Description:

From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.

Today we have a special walk starting at Marlborough rugby club out towards Manton gallops and back via downs and the common. Walk is around 4-5 miles.

Today's Walk: Marlborough, Manton & The Common.

Length and Grade: 4-5 miles - fairly easy pace takng around 2 hours. No hills but some quiet road walking so you will need paws.

Location: Meet at rugby club. Parking at club and along road adjacent as well as some on Freed Avenue 

Notes: We will end the main walk on the common and then you can walk back down to the start or join us at Ann Smith and Jacqui Melahuish's Marlborough Open Studio for refreshments and a chance to have a private veiwing of their art.
