Walk Description:

Come along to ECCoS for a chat with Martin and Fiona and find out what Walx Far North can offer you to support your fitness journey. Discover the joy of walking with poles and discuss your fitness needs. Martin will be leading short walks throughout the session so why not join us and feel for yourself the difference that adding poles to your walking can make.

Strapless poles will be provided. Walks will be around the locality of the church on pavements so please wear shoes suitable for walking and comfortable clothes. 

Location Notes:

There is free roadside parking at the church on Argyle Square. We are based in the new church hall, at the left side of the building. There are toilets available in the church.
