Our Wellness WALX are great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! Our wellbeing Instructors are qualified to deliver WALX for all levels so it’s never too late to take that first step. These WALX may incorporate breathing and relaxation, balance work or flexibility and strength exercise helping you feel a great sense of wellbeing.
Location Notes:
The parking in Janet Street is roadside along the river side of the road. There are no toilets in the immediate vicinity but there are toilets available at Tesco superstore the other side of the river.
