Curious what Total Body Walking really feels like? Returning to exercise after an injury or period of inactivity? Not ready to join a group class yet and would like a 1:1 session with a WALX Instructor?
This Discovery Session is a 1:1 session for you to have a go at walking with WALX poles which is specifically tailored to your individual exercise needs. Over 2-3 individual sessions the contents of the Power of the Poles course is covered (at a pace that suits you) and you will receive your Freedom Pass.
