Walk Description:

A gentle walk and mobility session that will keep you moving well and feeling good! Our experts will blend walking with poles with gentle posture, breathing and balance exercises with a lot of fun thrown in too

These sessions include admission to the Blue Pool and we can enjoy the shade of the unique tranquil location

We will finish with a lovely drinks in the Blue pool tearooms
