Discover Total Body Walking A free and friendly introduction to WALX With Life Balance Have you been thinking about becoming more active but aren’t sure whether WALX is right for you? Our free Discovery Session is the easiest way to find out. You’ll meet your instructor, try Total Body Walking in a relaxed environment and learn how walking with poles can support your posture, balance, fitness and confidence. This is not a fitness test, and you won’t be expected to keep up with experienced walkers. You don’t need any previous experience and we’ll provide the poles you need. During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to: Meet us and ask questions. Try walking with poles. Discover how Total Body Walking feels. Learn about the different walks available. Find the most suitable next step for you. Experience the friendly WALX With life Balance atmosphere. Many people feel nervous before attending. They worry that they won’t be fit enough, won’t know anyone or might hold others back. Please don’t let those thoughts stop you. Most of our members started with exactly the same concerns. We’ll welcome you from the moment you arrive and support you throughout the session. After your Discovery Session, you can decide whether you’d like to learn the full technique on our Power of Poles Intro Course. There is no pressure. The session is simply an opportunity to meet us, give it a try and see how you feel.
