More Than Just a Walk At WALX South Lincs, we believe better health starts with enjoyable movement and supportive people. There is no pressure to keep up or reach a certain fitness level. Everyone walks at a comfortable pace, and all exercises can be adapted to suit your ability. Your walk is led by Mike Neary, a qualified Tai Chi Qigong Rehabilitation Instructor with many years of experience helping people improve balance, mobility and confidence through safe, effective movement.
