Walk Description:
From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.
Todays Walk: A lovely walk taking in tracks, fields and woodland between Inkpen and Hungerford. Today's walk is led by Sally. Should be a great time to see autumn colours and maybe find some fungi!
Length and Grade: 5.5 miles and moderate few undulations and might be muddy if we have a lot of rain.
Location: Lower Inkpen - Park alongside the grass triangle by the phone box in Lower Inkpen. ( near the old Swan pub).
Notes: Bring your own hot drink/snack for mid walk break. Share lifts as not lots of extra parking.
Location Notes:
Lower Inkpen Triangle – park tightly up against all 3 sides of the triangle leaving enough room for tractors/buses etc. The triangle is 50yds uphill from the old Swan Inn if you get lost. Car share if you can
