Walk Description:
From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.
Circular Walk from Marlborough towards Mildenhall 5 miles.
This is a second part walk to train for the Via Francigena but all welcome to join us.
Today`s Walk: We start at Marlborough Common and head down towards the River Og via the golf course and out towards Mildenhall.
Length and Grade: A 5 mile walk with some ascents and descents at beginning and end.
Location: We will start at Marlborough rugby club car park.
This is the second walk today you can also join us at 9:30am for the first 7.5 miles and then you can stay for this walk or just do this one. The total miles today for both walks is 12.5 miles.
Location Notes:
Meet on common opposite the Marlborough Rugby Club. You can park at the rugby club or along the road by common.
