Walk Description:
A supported mobilising session for those who may be in recovery or living with balance or pain issues. Also ideal for those new to WALX who may find a Power of Poles static a step too far!
A chance to get out and use poles for maximum personal benefit. We will include some balance and mobility exercises where appropriate and finish with an optional coffee in the Quirky Bird next to WALX HQ
The Instructors will signpost you to other sessions like our lovely wellness walks at Blue Pool once they are you are confident that you are ready.
Location Notes:
Wareham Rec entrance is next to junction of Monmouth and Worgret Road Just across from Purbeck District Council Office. Meet near the play area. Some off street parking or you can park in Streche Road CP. (Charges apply £1/hr)
