What Nordic Walking has done for me – inspirational true stories

50 sports stretch 2What we love most about our work at NWUK HQ is receiving e mails and phones calls from people who simply want to tell us how great Nordic Walking makes them feel and often how brilliant their Instructor is too!

We thought we would share some of the stories with you:-


Carol lost 1.5 stone, warded off the threat of a knee operation and reduced her diabetes drugs – read her own words here

ELIZABETH says – “Better than going to the gym… great exercise fresh air good company coffee and scones afterwards. And the feel good buzz that follows exercise in the great outdoors. Beach or country park equally great!!”

RHONA commented “You literally feel like you’re flying through the countryside. Feels weightless on the joints but great cardio etc workout. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! ”
