I run Nordic Walking and WALX sessions in the Alness/Evanton region for a variety of fitness levels. Our walks are COVID-secure outdoor group sessions and are so much more than a ‘walk in the park’. There are classes for all abilities, including Wellness WALX for those seeking caring and gentle exercise through to Total Body WALX for those wanting to be pushed harder. I can provide walking poles and our classes are approximately 90minutes long. They are located in easily accessible areas with good parking facilities. We always finish a class with tea and coffee (plus optional cake) and a chat.
