WALX in Buxton is operated by Parkwood Leisure to offer a range of walking based health and fitness sessions and the Pavilion Gardens and beyond! Starting in September 23 they will be offering regular walks for all levels plus opportunities to learn how to use poles for stability, fitness & performance and how to walk your way to a better you!
They will also be looking for experts and volunteers to help grow this brilliant community initiative so get in touch now if you would like to be involved!
