Richard Harris

Role: GP referral qualified

Richard Harris is our Health and Wellbeing coach who has over 24 years experience working with people with mixed abilities from cardiac conditions to GB athletes.

Dan Semmens

Role: Personal Trainer

Dan has worked at Penzance Leisure centre for 19 years as a sales and fitness manager. He is a level 3 personal traininer and enjoys helping people git into a healthier lifestyle.

Lizzie Savage

Role: Fitness instructor

Lizzie has recently joined the fitness industry after spending a year on the Isle of Scilly running the local gym. She is passionate about everything exercise and loves to encourage other to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Emma Rees

Role: Fitness instructor

Emma is a proud mum of two brining a fresh pespective, eagerness to learn and adapting to new challenges. Emma loves exploring her creative flare through innovative  and impactful sportswear to endorsing into the fitness industry specialising in pre and postnatal. She thrives off finding effective ways to overcome obstacles and help thise who need it.

Thila Van Dongen

Role: Personal trainer

Thila is an enthusiastic and motivational fitness instructor and personal trainer dedicated to helping others to achieve their overall wellness and fitness goals. Having come from a performace sports background with a particular interest in outdoor sport and exercise during her free time, she seeks to impliment healthier long-term living habits that will result in happier, longer lives.
