This is for those who simply want to be able to teach others how to use traditional strapped poles effectively and have a good personal understanding of Nordic Walking techniques.

Community & Rehabilitation

Changing People's lives in THEIR Community

The COMMUNITY WALX and USING POLES FOR REHABILITATION courses are designed for those delivering clinical or community based advice and sessions. Tailored to your client base or cohort these professional courses are delivered on line via two interactive sessions with practice in between. Dates available every month from as little as £99 per participant with group options also available
Training course focuses on the use of WALX strapless fitness walking poles, for the easier learning journey and faster results for participants
Having delivered to hundreds of community groups, we know this approach is more suited to those with health or balance issues and reduces the risk of falls which can be exacerbated when participants are strapped to the poles.

Nordic Technique

Best for:
Nordic walking  technique sessions include initial tuition courses like the Power of poles but also advanced technique sessions. Our Instructors will cover the use of strapless and strapped poles plus speedhyking (moving at speed with poles) and training for challenge walks. This is all about using Nordic Technique to "Turn a Walk into a Workout"
