WALX APP – Account Deletion Request

The contents below refer to the WALX Mobile App that is provided by WALX/Exercise Anywhere LTD.

Please follow the steps below to request deletion of your account.

  1. Log in to the WALX App on your mobile device.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Click the “Delete My Account” link.
  4. Finally click the “Delete My Account” button.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email.
  6. Your account will be deleted 3 days after request.

Retained Data

Data which you have agreed to share with WALX/Exercise Anywhere or data related to payment or activity bookings, will be kept for up to 7 years after account deletion as per our Privacy Policy.
