Role: Walx Master
Helen is a keen walker and is especially passionate about raising awareness at the importance of good health/fitness. Helen had a stent fitted in August 2025 and has used WALX as a way to build up her strength and increase her cardiovascular health. Helen loves a good conversation and values walking as a form of community, whilst also getting in a great workout!

Andy loves the outdoors, he’s an ultra marathon runner and is passionate about coaching others to reach their fitness goals – he has coached many people in the couch to 5k. Andy loves the natural beauty of Yorkshire, and has done since moving up to Bradford in 2019.
