WALX LONDON is a group of independent Instructors and Community projects who offer the unique WALX walking based sessions for fitness, wellness and fun!.
Join us to learn how to use total body walking poles (the new way to nordic walk) to improve mental or physical health or to simply enjoy stepping outdoors with like minded people. We have routes for all abilities and can provide 6 week lifestyle plans or tuition for beginners and one to one sessions too.
However you walk and whatever you want to gain from walking – we can help! With WALX London , you’ll be part of a supportive and social group with a passion for walking and wellbeing.
