I run and organise Walx West Highland which is based in the Oban area of the West Highlands of Scotland, activities are focused around enjoyable sociable Nordic walking with others which helps you to achieve or maintain positive overall good health fitness and wellbeing in the beautiful outdoor environment of Argyll.
Other activities like Total Body Walx focus on fitness goals for example weight loss, or improvements in strength and endurance whilst the gentler Wellness Walx focus on mobility and flexibility.

Role: Walx Master
As an alpine and Nordic ski instructor I used Nordic walking as a summer method of training which took me to the kind of places I love in the west highlands of Scotland, I then began to expand my walking through Walx and its variations in a thoroughly enjoyable way.
It has become a passion, one which I want to share and help folks get, maintain, and enhance mobility and fitness in a relaxed, and enjoyable way that can also enhance performance and mental health within a sociable atmosphere in the outdoor environment.
