Of course if you are out and about and sitting outdoors, you may not be alone! Make sure you cover legs and arms in areas where the risk is high (often where Deer and Bracken are prevalent) and take precautions such as spraying bare skin before you set out with our deet- free TICK REPELLENT and checking yourself after every walk. Some ticks are tiny and look like specks of dirt so invest in a TICK CARD that has magnifier on as well as a range of hooks to help you to remove any that do get through your defences!
