Hi, I’m Laura‑Jayne — a WALX (Nordic Walking) instructor who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident by getting outdoors and moving in a way that truly supports their wellbeing. I believe walking has incredible potential when we use the whole body. Total Body Walking brings together posture, technique and purposeful movement so you get more from every step – more strength, more energy, more mobility, more results. It’s accessible and adaptable for every fitness level, which means you can start exactly where you are and progress at a pace that feels good. My sessions are friendly, relaxed and designed for real life. Whether you’re a mum carving out time for yourself, a remote worker craving fresh air and movement, or someone enjoying the freedom of retirement, you’ll find a welcoming space to build fitness, boost mood and reconnect with nature. I’m here to help you walk with confidence, enjoy the outdoors, and feel the benefits ripple into everyday life. No pressure or judgment – just supportive coaching, fresh air and a chance to feel great in yourself. If you’re ready to get more out of your walking, I’d love to walk alongside you.
