And don’t it feel good?…..
We thought we would share how good our walkers are feeling after a fortnight of doing what they love best – walking, exercising and talking in the great outdoors!
It’s been great to see people again and to get back into the swing of things. We did our best to keep everybody fit during lockdown with our virtual sessions but NOTHING beats birdsong, views and the company of lovely people!

It’s so lovely to be out and about with WALX again now lockdown restrictions are lifting!
I’ve really missed the incentive (and pleasure) that booking onto a group walk with friendly, like minded people can give.
I’ve done 8 Walx in the last 17 days and feel fantastic!
From short ‘welcome back’ walks to longer ‘striders’ and ‘work-out’ sessions, every one has been so different in nature and surroundings, and yet so similar when it comes to having fun, enjoying good company and feeling invigorated.
WALX has put me well and truly back on the road to lockdown recovery!
