Enjoy a GENTLE full body work out while walking beside the banks of the Taw estuary, along the South West Coast path,(SWCP) Tarka trail and Home Farm Marsh before returning to the Cafe for a well-deserved “revive me” cup of coffee. (with a 10% discount off orders on production of your NW membership card.) Simply enjoy sociable Nordic walking in stunning locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by accredited instructors or leaders, these make the most of our stunning coastal countryside and are a relaxing and therapeutic way to enjoy keeping fit and active outdoors.
Meet at AS Trade Car Sales Forecourt on junction of Yelland Road and Yelland Quay Post code EX313HF as you enter Yelland from the direction of Instow turn immediately left into the car sales forecourt at the above junction adjacent to the bus stop. If travelling from the direction of Barnstaple turn right as above once past the new David Wilson housing estate. The junction is signed the Estuary business park.

A comfortably paced Total Body WALX for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, during the walk providing if the weather is fine, we will stop for a 20 minute session of Chi Ball - a mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga from the seasons sequence. A small ball is used but imagination is fine for the session.
Details can be given if you would like to purchase a ball, for more details on the full chi ball virtual class please see the booking system.
You can book this session without the Power of Poles training, join us walking with no poles or borrow a set from us and feel the ‘Power of Poles’.
Power of Poles training is available in Bexley.

The majority of our walks take place in the extensive grounds of Sandringham Estate Park and Wolferton/Dersingham bog. These grounds are beautiful and offer something for everyone.
If this is your first visit to Sandringham please let me know because I`ll walk over to the visitors centre to meet you.
