Walk Description:

Please contact me prior to the class starting for the Zoom link, you will not be sent one automatically.

Chi Ball is a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The Tai Chi and Dance section is in standing and the Yoga, Pilates and Relaxation is on a mat.

The sequences change with the seasons concentrating on different areas of the body.

The summer is associated with the Fire element which governs the Heart, small intestine, pericardium and the triple heater.  The triple heater is the meridian that is believed to play an important role in circulating vital energy through out the body.

A chi ball is used but a toilet roll or small pilates/yoga ball is ok to use. If you want to invest in a chi ball then I can send you the details of where to get one from.

Please get in contact if you would like anymore information or you can find information on google about Chi ball.
