For about an hour we will stride out, aiming to cover about 3 miles. This is an exercise session for those used to using their Nordic Walking Poles with the correct technique.
Although you may feel your heart beating a bit faster and your breathing a bit deeper, there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with your fellow walkers and take note of the countryside we are walking through.
The terrain will vary, sometimes flat, sometimes a bit steep, but well within your capacity.
And at the end there is usually a coffee available nearby.

Wear footwear suitable for outdoor walking and clothes to match the weather.

A comfortably paced walk for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, during the walk providing if the weather is fine and you would like to participate, we will stop for a 20 minute session of Chi Ball - A mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga from the seasons sequence. A small ball is used but imagination is fine for the session. Details can be given if you would like to purchase a ball. Alternatively depending on individual abilities enjoy sociable gentle Nordic Walking in stunning locations with a mixed ability group.
Your qualified instructor will add motivating drills and exercises into a steady/fast paced fun walk.
