This is a delightful walk through farmland and the village of Lytchett Matravers, This rather ordinary village is situated in such a way as to offer beautiful views whichever way you choose to walk. Once described, I understand, in a broadsheet weekend newspaper, as a village in Dorset with two polo fields and a vineyard! There is some walking on Lanes and there are a number of stiles . One short steep descent with steps and one hill worth mentioning! Not bad !

Our Easy Monday morning walks are a great way to practice your technique and take a gentle approach to improving your technique. Great for those new to nordic walking or those looking for an easier walk level.
Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hill walking or trail running as the poles are not planted in front of the walker/runner but in a specific way that increases the use of the upper body. It can be done by anybody, anywhere and does not require expensive equipment or clothing.
Note: To participate in regular Nordic WALX, you must have completed our Nordic Freedom Course.
