A moderately paced Nordic Walk for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, the WALX Guide will lead you through a warm up, follow the aerobic curve during the walk to enable you to improve your fitness levels, finish with a cool down and a stretch.
To book this walk you must complete the Power of Poles training, Wellness WALX are available throughout the week, these do not require the training if you want to come along and have a try.

A comfortably paced walk for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, during the walk providing if the weather is fine and you would like to participate, we will stop for a 20 minute session of Chi Ball - A mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga from the seasons sequence. A small ball is used but imagination is fine for the session. Details can be given if you would like to purchase a ball.
